Internal Auditor - Muntinlupa

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute internal audit engagements in accordance with the annual audit plan.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, risk management practices, and governance processes.
• Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits across departments and business units.
• Identify and document control deficiencies, process weaknesses, and areas of improvement.
• Develop and communicate audit findings, recommendations, and action plans to management.
• Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with professional standards (e.g., IIA standards).
• Assist in the development and updating of audit programs and testing procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation and support.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
