About the role
Join the dynamic team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION as a full-time Customer Service Representative, supporting a major telecommunications account. In this key position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries over the phone, helping to drive customer satisfaction and retention.The role is based in our Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City office, with excellent work-life balance benefits.
What you'll be doing- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy to understand and resolve customer queries and concerns
- Provide accurate information and advice to customers on products, services, and policies
- Efficiently process orders, returns, and other customer transactions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further support
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding targets
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
