Medical sales representative

As a Medical Sales Representative at MSN Labs Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s medicine products to healthcare professionals, primarily doctors, within your assigned territory. You will act as a key link between the company and the medical community, ensuring that our medicines are effectively represented and prescribed for the benefit of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and detail MSN’s medicine products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers to increase product awareness and market share.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management and sales strategies.
• Conduct regular visits and product presentations to doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, competitor movements, and market trends.
• Organize and participate in medical activities such as conferences, seminars, and roundtable discussions to support product awareness.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in pharmaceutical promotion.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate with distributors to ensure consistent supply.
• Willing to assign in Manila (1), BOPIS (1), Quezon City (1), Makati (1), Lower Laguna (1), Cavite (1), Cavite (1), Batangas (1), Paranaque (1).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or any allied health/science or business-related course.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in promoting and selling medicines to doctors and achieving sales targets.
• With valid driver’s license (preferred but not always required).
