CPA ACCOUNTANT

• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Manage tax payments
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing account options.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents and organizes internal audits.
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Prepares payment by verifying documentation and requiring disbursements.
• Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
• Complies with local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
• Prepares financial reports by collecting and analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Must report to Senior Accountant.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant is a Must.
• Proven work experience as Financial Accountant
• Must have a minimum of 5 years Accounting experience in Real Estate or Construction Sector
• Advanced knowledge in accounting software (Base Accounting an advantage)
• Time management abilities
• BS Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or relevant field
• Preferably a resident of Brgy. Lahug and Apas
