Job Description: Need Ink Sales & Services is currently looking for a Regional Admin Head to oversee operations in South Luzon, specifically the Manila, Calamba, Legazpi, and Naga branches.

About the Role: The Regional Admin Head will be responsible for supervising and managing multiple branch offices, ensuring efficient and effective operations across the assigned region. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of branch employees to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and guidelines.
The position works closely with Branch Heads, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed and company-wide objectives are achieved. Additionally, the Regional Admin Head may assist in human resources functions, including conducting final interviews, hiring, and training staff.

The role also involves contributing to the development and implementation of operational improvements and new standards to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervises department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership
  • Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administrative and technical
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing coaching, development and motivation
  • Maintains and oversees all procedures and processes
  • Recruiting, selection, interviewing applicants.
  • Assisting with customer service and satisfaction
  • Records and researches all financial information for analysis
  • Oversees budget reports, preparation of budget, and analysis of budgets
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
  • Set weekly and monthly meetings with Branch Heads to discuss Branch weekly/monthly reports.
  • Provide reports for National Branch Head and maintain effective meeting notes
  • Organize regular meetings with National Branch Head to discuss about branch business updates, issues and opportunities.
  • Receive and disseminate HR Memos, RnD Bulletins and other important announcement from National Admin Head and other Departments from main office to Branches.
  • Evaluate Branch Head performance and develop individual development plans.
  • Collaborate with Branch Heads to create strategic plans aligned with company objectives
  • Approved all Out-of-Town trips and leaves.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedure and business code of ethics
  • Performs other related duties assigned

About You:

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • Must possessed at least Bachelor’s/College Degree of Business related course
  • At least 2year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to work with a team
  • Excellent leadership skills; approachable and able to cultivate positive rapport with employees
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
