Junior Social Media Marketer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Junior Social Media Marketer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging digital content, and supporting online marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will help grow the company’s online presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, while supporting digital advertising, content planning, campaign execution, and lead generation activities.

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Create engaging content including captions, graphics, reels, short-form videos, stories, and social media posts
• Plan, organize, and schedule content aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals
• Assist in creating and managing paid advertisements across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement
• Track and report basic campaign metrics including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions
• Support lead generation and promotional campaigns
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding marketing materials, product updates, and campaign requirements
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries when needed
• Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and tone across all digital platforms
• Recommend creative strategies to improve audience engagement and campaign performance

• Minimum of 1 year experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation
• Experience managing social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Basic understanding of digital advertising, boosted posts, and paid social campaigns
• Ability to create graphics, videos, reels, and marketing content
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools, or similar platforms
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig

• Experience with lead generation campaigns
• Basic copywriting skills
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
• Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting
• Photography, videography, or video editing skills
• Experience creating content for corporate, recruitment, finance, retail, real estate, or service-based industries

• Starting salary: PHP 20,000 per month
• Commission or performance-based incentives
• On-site work location: BGC, Taguig
