We're Hiring: WFM Manager! ?

We are seeking an experienced and analytical WFM Manager to optimize workforce planning and operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and resource management to ensure optimal staffing levels, improve operational efficiency, and drive performance excellence across our organization.

Location: Taguig, Philippines

⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office(100% onsite)

Role: WFM Manager

What You'll Do:

Develop accurate forecasting models and capacity planning
Create optimal scheduling strategies and resource allocation
Monitor real-time performance and adjust staffing accordingly
Analyze workforce data and generate actionable insights
Collaborate with operations teams to meet service level targets
Implement WFM best practices and process improvements

What We're Looking For: ✅ 5+ years of workforce management experience

✅ Must have experience handling multiple accounts/LOB
✅ Proficiency in WFM tools and analytics software
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience in forecasting and scheduling methodologies
✅ Excellent communication and leadership abilities

✅ Knowledge of contact center operations preferred
