Accounting Assistant - Reliever

The Accounting Assistant (Reliever) is responsible for processing invoices and expense reports, performing account reconciliations, analyzing expenses, and supporting month-end closing activities. The role also ensures proper maintenance and filing of financial records to support efficient accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process expense reports and non-trade supplier invoices.
- Handle invoices related to brokers, duties & taxes, and settlements.
- Perform expense account analysis, bank reconciliation, and SL/GL reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly expense analyses and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Monitor and analyze non-trade clearing accounts.
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related course.
- At least 1–2 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.
