About the Role

The Manpower / Helper provides essential support to operational, logistics, and project teams by assisting with loading, unloading, equipment handling, site preparation, and general labor tasks. This role is vital in ensuring smooth and efficient project execution while maintaining a safe working environment.

• Assist in loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support rigging, lifting, logistics, and site operations as directed by supervisors.
• Perform general labor and housekeeping duties at project sites, warehouses, and facilities.
• Help prepare work areas and maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
• Assist skilled workers and operators during project activities.
• Observe and comply with workplace safety rules and procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or operational concerns.
• Perform other duties assigned to support daily operations.

• At least High School Graduate
• Previous experience as a helper, laborer, warehouse worker, or construction worker is an advantage but not required.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying heavy materials.
• Willing to work in outdoor environments and project sites.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Hardworking, dependable, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to render overtime and work flexible schedules when required.
• Experience in construction, rigging, logistics, or industrial operations is a plus.
