Personal Officer to the Ambassador

• Provide administrative and personal support to the Ambassador and members of his family.
• Coordinate the Ambassador's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in the preparation of correspondence, reports, and official documents.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Facilitate effective communication between the Embassy, government officials, and external stakeholders.
• Organize and support official events, visits, and functions.

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Near-native fluency in English is required to demonstrate excellent command of the language.
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Valid work permit for the Philippines (if required).
