Technical support supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and manage the technical execution of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.
• Translate and interpret technical documents, contracts, and reports between the required languages (e.g., Mandarin and English).
• Provide technical guidance to engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with bilingual teams, local staff, and foreign counterparts to ensure smooth project communication.
• Review and approve technical plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
• Prepare bilingual project reports, presentations, and documentation for management and clients.
• Support training and development of local staff on technical standards and procedures.

• Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English.
• Proven experience in technical management or senior engineering roles within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multicultural teams and coordinate with international clients.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.
