We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy and operations, and will play a key role in aligning our HR initiatives with business objectives.

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals in the SEA region.
• Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage talent acquisition processes including recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve employee performance and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and facilitate development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across the SEA region.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Business Partner or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation in Southeast Asia.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and data analysis.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
