We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy and operations, and will play a key role in aligning our HR initiatives with business objectives.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals in the SEA region.
- Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage talent acquisition processes including recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve employee performance and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and facilitate development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across the SEA region.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in HR roles, preferably as an HR Business Partner or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation in Southeast Asia.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and data analysis.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
