Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell specialty coffee beans to cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices, and retail customers. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities for coffee bean products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with café owners, restaurant managers, distributors, and other clients.
- Conduct product presentations, coffee tastings, and sales meetings with potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the operations and roasting team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Attend trade shows, events, and networking activities to promote the brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in coffee, food & beverage, or FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of coffee products is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and business development.
