Job Description
College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience; or
Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 18 months BPO experience
Required: Insurance backgroud in non-life focused on property and casualty insurance. home and auto loan type
Policy Servicing & Carrier Coordination
Support policy servicing activities within an insurance brokerage or agency environment.
Coordinate with multiple insurance carriers for policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and updates.
Issue and process policy endorsements using broker management systems (e.g., AMS, Applied Epic, or similar).
Act as an intermediary between clients, agents, and insurers, ensuring accurate and timely information exchange.
Ensure all policy documentation and servicing processes comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Billing, Premium & Receivables Management
Manage and resolve billing discrepancies, premium adjustments, and payment-related Issues.
Handle premium collections, receivables inquiries, and account reconciliations.
Respond to billing-related questions from insureds, agents, and carriers with accuracy and protessionalism.
Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with regulated industry standards.
High-Volume Communication & Call Handling
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls involving insureds, agents, and insurance carriers.
Serve as the primary point of coordination for policy and billing inquiries in a brokerage or agency setting.
Provide clear explanations of policy changes, billing details, and next steps to stakeholders.
Maintain service level expectations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
