CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email , or chat.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Identifying potential customers and understanding
- 6 months -1 year of customer service experience.
- Willing to Work on Site.
- Managing difficult customers with understanding and professionalism.
