JOB SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Supervisor – Lot Development & Inventory, the Lot Inventory Monitoring Staff is in-charge of the filling and management of memorial lot related documents & plans and monitoring of lot inventory level.
POSITION FUNCTIONS
Lot Development- Responsible for filing, organizing and controlling of all documents and plans related to Memorial Lot Inventories.
- Create and analyze reports on Lot Inventory level and quantities in coordination with IT Department and Marketing Department
- Prepare Cemetery Lot Receiving Report (CLRR) in coordination with Marketing Department and Sales Accounting Department.
- Check and monitor the loading of the released Memorial Lot Sales Maps
- Assist in planning and programming the availability of Memorial Lots to ensure lot inventory is sufficient for the upcoming years.
- Other task that may be assigned by superiors.
