A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Bid Proposal Analyst, you will manage the end-to-end process of high-value and time-sensitive Sales-related requests—including Requests for Proposal (RFP), Security and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ), and Vendor Onboarding Forms. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Legal, Risk, Security, and Financial Crimes, you’ll ensure timely, accurate, and efficient completion of complex client documentation and onboarding requests.

YOUR DAY COULD SEE YOU:

  • Owning the project management of Sales requests for RFPs, Security Questionnaires, and onboarding documents through Salesforce Cases
  • Managing tasks using a third-party RFP tool to import, organize, and complete case requirements, while maintaining and updating a centralized content library
  • Partnering closely with Sales and various internal stakeholders across Legal, Security, Risk, and other departments to coordinate aligned responses
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements and best practices within the Bid Proposal function
  • Delivering regular updates on case statuses and ensuring deadlines are met for multiple concurrent requests
A BIT ABOUT YOU
  • Prior experience handling RFPs, Due Diligence, and Security Questionnaires
  • Salesforce experience is required (Salesforce Case management is a big advantage)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to coordinate with multiple departments under pressure
  • Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities to manage time-sensitive tasks across several live cases
  • Detail-oriented and self-directed, with the ability to complete both complex and repetitive tasks effectively

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and tight deadlines
  • Experience in technical or marketing writing
  • Familiarity with RFP management tools or proposal automation systems
