Corporate Affairs Manager - SEA

• Manage government and media relations, regulatory engagement, issues/crisis communication, and sustainability narratives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders-regulatory, legal, medical affairs-to shape policy and advance business priorities.
• Lead internal communications strategy to foster employee engagement and organizational alignment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to country leadership and BU teams on corporate affairs initiatives.
• Represent Haleon in industry associations and with policymakers to advocate for favorable policies.
• Drive media relations and public relations efforts in alignment with global and BU campaigns.
• Organize key employee engagements, including town halls and strategic updates.

Required:

• 8-10 years of experience in corporate/government affairs or external communications.
• Proven success in managing communications strategy and stakeholder engagement.
• In-depth understanding of the Philippines' political, policy, and media landscape.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred:

• Experience in regional/multi-market roles across SE Asia or similar settings.
• Background in healthcare, pharma, or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and health systems.
• Skilled in public relations, crisis management, and media handling.
• High adaptability with the ability to juggle priorities in a dynamic environment.
