Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for talented individuals for our Contracting Counsel Associate Manager.

About the Role:

Structure, negotiate, and close client transactions to achieve optimal legal and business outcomes
Collaborate with senior contracting lawyers and internal stakeholders to develop negotiation strategies
Stay informed on industry, client, and regulatory developments; integrate insights into transactional practices
Advise executives on legal, compliance, and risk management matters
Develop subject matter expertise in key legal or business areas
Contribute to the creation of internal guidelines, toolkits, and knowledge resources
Support and implement organizational legal initiatives
Continuously enhance contracting capabilities, including strategic thinking, business acumen, and technology adoption

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

7–8 years of experience in legal services
At least 4 years of experience in contract review and negotiation (IT, IP, commercial contracts, loan agreements, etc.)
Licensed to practice law in the Philippines
Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
Experience across any industry is welcome
Basic knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Management is an advantage (not required)
Supervisory experience not required
