Junior Media Manager
Overview of the Role:
The Junior Media Manager supports the Media and Content team in the day‑to‑day execution of content publishing and media management tasks. This role is ideal for an early career professional with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and an interest in digital media platforms.The role focuses on assisting senior team members while gradually building independent capability across media workflows.
Job scope:
- Assist in uploading, scheduling, and managing digital content across internal and client platforms
- Support senior Media Managers in daily content operations and delivery tasks
- Ensure media assets are accurate, up-to-date, and correctly displayed
- Perform quality checks on published content and flag issues or discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content requirements are met
- Maintain basic documentation and content trackers as required
- Follow established processes, timelines, and brand standards
- Proactively escalate issues, risks, or errors to senior team members
- Continuously learn platform tools, workflows, and media best practices
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Media, Communications, IT, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles acceptable)
- Excellent attention to detail and process accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative when dealing with incomplete information
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple requests at once in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with CMS platforms or digital signage systems is an advantage
