HR Legal Officer

Job Description
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as employment contracts, NDAs, termination letters, disciplinary memos, and exit agreements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal company policies, and regulations issued by government agencies such as DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and government offices when legal or regulatory matters arise
- Develop and deliver legal and compliance training to internal teams
- Monitor and analyze changes in labor legislation and government regulations that may affect employment practices
- Advise senior management and department heads on legal matters, employee discipline, and compliance-related risks
- Promote a culture of legal awareness, ethical behavior, and compliance throughout the organization
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR-related legal matters (e.g., employment contracts, company policies, employee benefits)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or legal-related roles
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with sound legal judgment
- High level of professional ethics, confidentiality, and accountability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resource Management
- Ability to speak Chinese is a plus
