About the role
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Factory Helper to join our team at Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation' in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Factory Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient production of our high-quality cosmetic products.This is a full-time position that will involve hands-on work in our state-of-the-art production facility.
What you'll be doing- Assisting with the setup and operation of production equipment
- Performing basic maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the production area clean and well-organised
- Packing and labelling finished products according to established procedures
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production activities
- Supporting the broader manufacturing team as needed to ensure targets are met
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Some prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, although training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to pitch in where needed
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
