About the role
LTS Luminex Corporation is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Installer to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for training and mentoring our PPF installation team to ensure they deliver high-quality service to our customers.
What you'll be doing- Provide hands-on training and guidance to tinters on proper techniques and best practices
- Oversee the installation process to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and provide solutions
- Maintain detailed records of training activities and technician performance
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for process improvement
- Assist with the installation of PPF on customer vehicles as needed
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a tint installer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work
- Extensive knowledge of window film products, installation techniques, and industry best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor team members
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
