Tax Director

• Act as a key tax advisor for CFCR areas and elevate the AML control framework across the entire organization, from private wealth and high-net-worth segments to SMEs and corporate & investment banking.
• Drive the enhancement of tax evasion risk assessments and prevention procedures to support the UK CCO framework.
• Provide specialized tax insights during strategic reviews of high-risk areas.
• Develop and implement targeted communication and training programs to raise awareness of tax evasion risks among key functions.
• Support the design and execution of transaction monitoring that can effectively detect and manage tax evasion risks.
• Proactively perform external risk assessments to identify emerging and future risks in critical products and regions.
• Build strong connections with industry peers and actively manage relationships with key regulators.
