Job Description
Posted on 18 May 2026- Responsible for the supervision of the performance of store and of all rank and file positions
- Visit stores for monitoring
- Responsible for inventory control, safety and loss prevention in order to promote sales and meet profit goals
- Mediate as necessary when there are customer's complaints or concerns that need immediate solutions.
- Ensures the highest level of customer service at all times
- Checks schedules of rank and file employees to maximize their utilization
- Coordinates regularly with the Operations Manager for any changes/improvements in the store.
- Monitors equipment daily and calibrates it as needed during store operations.
- Reports equipment malfunction and prepares job order requisition.
- Plans preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Monitors spoilages and breakages.
- Accomplishes and ensures accuracy of product inventory count.
- Upholds and monitors compliance of cash handling procedures and cashiering guidelines.
- Ensures that products’ processes and standards are being followed.
- Supervises operations to ensure that the preparation, storage, food safety and sanitation standards are adhered to.
- Supervises operations to ensure service standards are followed.
- Implements prescribed safety and security measures during opening shift operations and closing of the store.
- Recommends resolutions to operational concerns/issues at hand with approval from proper authorities.
- Endorses store concerns to operations manager and management properly.
- Sends required reports and updates to respective superiors
- Conducts daily briefing to clarify expectations for the operations
- Plans and implements job delegations based on documented job description.
- Conducts and coordinate with operations manager for the regular performance evaluation of subordinates based on set targets within prescribed period
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualifications- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the coffee and beverages industry is required for this position.
- At least 2 year(s) of supervisory experience is required for this position

Customer service: A strong customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving and de-escalation skills is crucial.

Inventory and operational skills: Proficiency in inventory management, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other basic business processes is required.
Problem-solving and decision-making: The ability to handle pressure and make sound decisions is necessary for a fast-paced environment.
Organizational and time management: A manager must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Remarks
The position requires flexibility in work locations and the ability to commute. Owning a motorcycle is preferred but not required. Applicants residing near Manila, Pasig, Taguig, or Quezon City are preferred.
