Assistant Brand Manager – Consumer Health Group

MedEthix Inc. (An Ayala Affiliate under AC Health Group)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Brand Manager to support the Consumer Health Group. The role focuses on developing and executing marketing plans that grow our brands and strengthen our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Assist in creating annual brand and product category plans (Baby Skincare, Haircare, Fragrances, etc.).
  • Translate strategies into actionable plans and execution briefs for internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure all activities support business goals and brand objectives.
  • Campaign Management
  • Develop and implement brand campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and traditional media.
  • Coordinate with creative, sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Monitor campaign timelines, key visuals, and messaging to ensure alignment with brand direction.
  • Media, PR & Influencers
  • Manage PR initiatives, influencer collaborations, and ambassador partnerships.
  • Review and recommend influencer shortlists that fit brand positioning and audience.
  • Track effectiveness of influencer and media campaigns.
  • Partnerships & Events
  • Support partnerships, sponsorships, and co-branded activities.
  • Organize and manage logistics for brand launches, activations, and promotional events.
  • Ensure brand presence and customer experience are consistent in all events.
  • Brand Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track sales performance, consumer insights, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and quarterly/annual brand reviews.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations (e.g., mystery shopping, competitive benchmarking).
  • Brand Consistency
  • Ensure all communication, visuals, and activities reflect the brand’s identity and tone.
  • Provide guidance to internal and external teams to maintain consistency across platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
  • Preferably with FMCG, personal care, or lifestyle brand background.
  • Experience in ATL/BTL, influencer campaigns, PR, and events.
  • Agency background and familiarity with CRM/project management tools is a plus.
