About this Role

This role manages the full sales cycle—prospecting, selling, negotiating, and order taking—while ensuring product availability, pricing compliance, and outlet performance. It also involves securing trade deals, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
Prospecting: Identify and develop new outlet opportunities
Negotiation: Secure contracts and establish trade terms
Development: Drive KPIs and expand product categories
Administration: Manage work orders and maintain accurate records
Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
Merchandising: Deploy promotional materials and train outlet owners
Sales: Monitor inventory levels and boost sales performance
Order Management: Process orders and handle returns

Delivery & Collection: Ensure timely delivery and payment collection

Work Schedule
Days: Monday to Saturday

Time: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Qualifications & Competencies Needed: At least a 2‑year college education in any course (Undergraduate with TOR)

Preferably with knowledge in Sales
Minimum of 2 years solid sales experience, ideally in the FMCG industry

Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License with a Restriction Code of A, A1, B, B1 and B2
