Business Development Manager (US Offshore Staffing, WFH)

ConnectOS is hiring for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team supporting the US Region. The Business Development Manager will work with Small to Medium sized businesses (<500 employees) in the United States. You will work closely with our Sales, Recruitment and Client Success teams to deliver an unmatched customer experience for our clients throughout the placement process and the clients' partnership with ConnectOS.

Responsibilities
  • Follow-up with marketing provided client leads in a timely manner.
  • Populates and maintains a customer records database to support opportunity pipeline management.
  • Reviewing website traffic and contacting prospective clients.
  • Meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly quota objectives.
  • Develop understanding of resource requirements for specific industry verticals.
  • Develop understanding on ConnectOS value add services and able to express to prospect clients.
  • Remains current to market trends and competitor offerings
  • Provides regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends, and challenges.
  • Active on social applications and platforms promoting ConnectOS services.
  • Action client escalations relating to ConnectOS services as needed.
  • Coordinate client recruitment activities as needed.
  • Perform regular check-in meetings with clients to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years B2B sales experience
  • 5+ years of US market sales experience
  • Must have proven track record of success in achieving quota as a direct sales individual contributor.
  • Solutions oriented mindset and skilled in prospecting into new clients and new buyers
  • Ability to learn and apply product knowledge in a timely fashion.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and business consulting skills
  • BPO, Offshore Staffing or relevant sales experience
  • Experience selling RPO services a plus.
  • Experience using CRM and various sales applications.
