Jr. Multimedia Designer

As a Junior Multimedia Designer in our agency collective, you are here to create, learn about and share beautiful design work across social media platforms and graphic design for print, digital, and video show content. You will play a key supporting role in the content agency for multiple clients, working within all aspects of the business – with a particular focus on the creative, content, and marketing teams.
Your aim is to design the weird, the wonderful, the award-winning, and the extraordinary.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you are responsible for producing quality design work for both the agency and your clients.- Work in concert with the Creative, Content Studio, and Marketing teams to turn concepts into bold, colorful reality.
- Support the creative vision and direction of Senior Designers, Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, and senior-level staff.
- Build out and execute design concepts in many forms:
- Screen and social (mostly 2D but 3D and motion if you know it!)
- Print (on paper and for environments)
- Presentations: Present your work with confidence and the ability to help your audience understand how and why it works
- Improve your conceptual skills through client projects and by receiving mentorship
- Be a sponge, learn as much as possible and apply it in new and interesting ways
- Be an inspiration, keep an eye on new channels, design trends and innovation and share them with the team
- Share your thinking, give and receive feedback in an inclusive, collaborative, and open creative environment
- Be a strong voice for design, relevance to audience needs and importance of the discipline both within the agency and externally
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Fine Art Design or related discipline.
- Experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and AfterEffects.
- Proven graphic designing knowledge.
- Creative in terms of visualization and conceptualization.
