Position: Automotive Technician
Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Location: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Automotive Technician to handle the maintenance and repair of our company vehicles, including trucks and service units.

Qualifications:

BS in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Technology or related field
Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as an automotive or diesel technician
TESDA NC II certification in Automotive Servicing is an advantage
Proficient in diagnostics, mechanical repair, and maintenance procedures
Familiarity with gasoline and diesel engines
Physically fit and able to work in field assignments if required
Responsible, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs on company vehicles
Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of vehicle issues
Replace and repair parts including brakes, tires, batteries, filters, and fluids
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
Ensure compliance with vehicle safety standards and operational guidelines
Respond to vehicle breakdowns and provide on-site assistance when necessary
Monitor inventory of tools and spare parts
Coordinate with the Fleet Supervisor regarding service schedules and maintenance plans
