Telesales Team Leader

The Telesales Team Leader shall supervise the performance of our 25-agent seats for outbound sales in our outsourced telemarketing company. The Telesales Team Leader shall be responsible for driving outbound sales strategies, developing sales scripts, tracking call center metrics, and continuous coaching on objection handling and selling techniques.

Our Company is a member of one of the big conglomerates in the Philippines and has been in the business of outbound telemarketing for financial products for more than 20 years.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Team Leadership

• Train and mentor telesales agents.
• Side-by-side coaching.
• Formulate action plans for underperformers.

1. Sales Generation

• Drive the team to achieve campaign targets.
• Design monthly adhoc, and year-end incentive programs.

1. Performance Monitoring

• Track critical metrics (conversion rate, call attempts, and occupancy rate)
• Conduct regular performance reviews.

1. Campaign Analysis

• Conduct a thorough analysis of campaign results vs targets.
• Provide recommendations on how to improve campaign performance.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, and related fields.
• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in managing a small to mid-size telesales team.
• Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using MS Office and familiarity with CRM and Call Center Analytics tools.
