Job summary:

• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Must be BS Accountancy graduate or with Bookkeeper credentials.
• Maintaining and reviewing financial records.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
• Preparing budgets regularly.
• Monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.
• Evaluating internal management systems, procedures, and risks to provide recommendations.
• Managing business accounts.
• Handles the financial record keeping of the organization.
• Prepare invoices, check payment record payments, and manage the expenses and billings.
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and performs reconciliations
• Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports/yearly closing reports.
• Assist with other accounting projects.
• Coordinate with Financial Consultant.
• Attend to Financial Audit.
