Job Description
Posted on 20 May 2026Supervise and monitor the daily activities of the accounting department.
Review and verify financial transactions, journal entries, and accounting records for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Ensure timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Monitor company cash flow and assist management in budget planning and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and government statutory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies when necessary.
Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial records.
Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and internal control procedures.
Train, guide, and evaluate accounting staff to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and financial issues.
Support management with financial analysis and operational recommendations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.Proven experience in accounting operations and team supervision.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and bookkeeping.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
