Mid-Level Software Engineer)- Hybrid

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 am - 6 pm PH time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Solid working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap for responsive UI development
• 3+ years of commercial experience in .NET development (C#/VB.NET)
• Experience with Angular
• Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong SQL skills including querying, schema design, and stored procedures (SQL Server

• Familiarity with Entity Framework or a comparable ORM
• Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum teams — planning, estimation, and iterative delivery
• Proficiency with Git for source control and collaborative development workflows
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure — cloud services, App Service, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent)

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications using .NET technologies (C#/VB.NET), Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces that work across desktop and mobile devices.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support frontend and backend functionality.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following software development best practices.
• Create and optimize SQL Server databases, including complex queries, schema design, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Utilize Entity Framework or similar ORM tools for database integration and data management.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, estimation, retrospectives, and iterative development cycles.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Manage source code using Git and follow collaborative branching and code review workflows.
• Deploy and maintain applications in Microsoft Azure environments, including App Services and Azure DevOps.
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools to automate deployments and testing.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development, staging, and production environments.
• Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and reliability standards are met.
• Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, and continuous process improvements.
