PROJECT MANAGER
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee projects related to product and process engineering in our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects involving wood, metal, and electronics, and will be adept at leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to address potential delays or issues
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget
- Collaborate with vendors to manage inventory and logistics, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions to optimize project outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
