Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. The role involves data management, reporting, process improvement, automation, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret data, analyze results using Macros and other statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement automated data collection systems and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code or data issues.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports based on SNOW ticketing.
• Conduct monthly meetings to provide operational updates to management.

Assist in IT Asset Monitoring and Financing activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or any related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros/VBA.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with database management and data systems.
• Experience with SNOW (ServiceNow) ticketing system is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other reporting/visualization tools.
• Knowledge of automation and process optimization techniques.
• Background in IT asset management or finance-related reporting is an advantage.
