SALES AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE

is responsible for promoting J&T Express services, acquiring new clients, maintaining key accounts, and achieving sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote J&T Express courier and logistics services to new and existing clients
• Generate new accounts from e-commerce sellers, businesses, and merchants
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned clients
• Conduct field sales activities, presentations, and client visits
• Assist in implementing sales promos and marketing campaigns
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client updates
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• With or without experience in sales or logistics (training provided)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel as required
• Knowledge of e-commerce and courier industry is an advantage
