About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team at la europa ceramica tile center inc. in our Pasig City, Metro Manila location. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of our construction projects by coordinating various aspects of the project lifecycle.

• Collaborating closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of construction projects
• Documenting and tracking project progress, milestones, and budgets
• Preparing and distributing regular progress reports to keep all parties informed
• Coordinating logistics, such as scheduling site visits, organising meetings, and managing project documentation
• Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the project timeline
• Providing administrative support to the project management team as needed

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and industry regulations
