Key Skills & Experience:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- Residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work in the country
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience in performance testing and security testing tools.
- Solid grasp of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will enable full stack solutions through collaborative planning and integration within a multi-disciplinary team. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing across various aspects such as security, API, and regression suites.You will create automation strategies, develop automated scripts, and support data and environment configurations, all while participating in code reviews and monitoring defects to enhance the overall quality of the application lifecycle.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for testing processes and automation frameworks.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and methodologies to improve efficiency.
