Customer Service Representative / Customer Advocate - Renewals

Night Shift | Onsite, Ortigas | Full-Time

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Advocate, you will play a key role in supporting the annual renewals lifecycle for our customers. You will help manage renewal conversations, facilitate approvals, resolve escalations, and coordinate with internal teams to keep renewals moving accurately and on time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Renewals Support - Proactively support the annual renewal process from start to completion. Facilitate pricing-related discussions and help process required approvals. Track renewal activity and help ensure timelines are met.
  • Customer Conversations - Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and urgency. Handle escalations and work toward practical, customer-focused resolutions. Lead confident conversations with US or North American customers.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination - Work with internal teams to resolve renewal concerns and customer issues. Share updates clearly and help remove blockers in the renewal process. Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and team efficiency.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience handling customer concerns, complaints, or escalations.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to negotiate, explain options, and offer customer-fit solutions.
  • Comfortable working onsite in Ortigas on a night shift schedule.
