We’re looking for a Retail Sales and Operations Manager with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or as an Assistant Manager. This role leads retail operations, drives sales across multiple channels (stores, consignment, wholesale, corporate, and airport accounts), and builds high-performing teams.

What You'll Do:

• Achieve sales targets and grow domestic retail channels
• Oversee daily retail operations, visual merchandising, and store performance
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of the retail team
• Analyze sales data and optimize product mix and inventory
• Ensure excellent customer experience and brand presentation
• Build and manage relationships with partners and leasing contacts

You Should Have:

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership
• Proven ability to drive sales and improve operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
