Sales Representative – Outdoor Structure (Remote or Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our growing team and help scale sales of our high-end aluminum structure. Your main goal will be to close deals with interested leads, guide customers through the purchase process, and help them choose the perfect structure for their home or business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound leads and guide them through the pergola selection process
• Follow up with warm leads via email, phone, or chat to close sales
• Clearly explain product features, sizes, installation options, and pricing
• Help clients select pergola models based on their preferences and property type
• Prepare quotes and send invoices to customers
• Answer customer questions about delivery timelines, materials, and customization options
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Suggest upsell items (e.g. LED lighting, sun shades, etc.) when appropriate
• Maintain CRM or spreadsheet tracking of leads and conversions

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, outdoor products, or luxury retail
• Excellent communication and people skills (written and verbal)
• Strong closing ability and client follow-up habits
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, Google Docs, or similar platforms
• Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven
• Knowledge of pergolas, landscaping, or construction is a plus, but not required
