Business Development Assistant

Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager, the role assists in the management of all business development activities, both for Sub-distributors and company owned stores.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the data base of all partners and monitor all active contracts for expiration
- Ensures that construction bonds are refunded on time
- Prepares correspondence regarding rental negotiation, lease commencement deferment and proposals to different partners
- Coordinates with the Landlord’s/Account requests, contracts ,agreements, memo and timelines in accordance with company operational procedures.
- Organizes all contracts and lease offers for easy reference
- Daily/weekly updating of the footprint file
- Coordinates with property management concerns that includes contract renewal, rent escalation negotiation and monitoring to Key Departments
- Assists in the filing in and filing out of internal forms/requests
- Processing of RFP, PCR and other requirements of Business Development Team
- Compile and complete necessary requirements for lease agreements
- Monitor and compile lease agreements
- Coordinates with Liaison and front desk for the transmission and/or pick up of documents and/or other paraphernalia related to Business Development Team
- Preparing and sending of request letters to the mall
- Securing and following up the award notice, lease proposal and term sheet from the mall
- Attending meetings if the Business Development Manager is not available and create minutes of the meeting
- Create a meeting link in every meetings led by the Business Development Team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
