Process engineer - Calamba

Job Description

1. Provide technical support / sustaining function on the line so as to ensure continues production runs, minimize downtime and meet production delivery commits and targets.
2. Handles resolution and closure of customer issues and complaints/ concerns.
3. Facilitate New Mold / Repeat Mold and Engineering Changes on existing products based on customer request
4. Facilitate Total Customer Satisfaction
5. Improvement of process performance through monitoring and review of process indices such as Process Yield, Quality Incidences, Defect PPM level, etc.
6. Minimize cost of material losses through parts/material evaluation and approval for use in the line.
7. Provide technical support on all Internal and External Audits.
8. Review and update documentations as needed (FMEA, Control Plan, OCAP, Process Flows,
9. In-charge of development of new products
10. Preparation and in-charge of Production Parts Approval Process (PPAP)

Qualifications/Requirements

Engineering Graduate with at least 1 year of work related experience in Process Engineering or Production Engineering.

With good people handling skills, and able to associate with all levels of the organization.

Knowledgeable on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements and standard.
