Summary:We are looking for someone responsible for reviewing merchant applications, facilitating the onboarding process, and ensuring a seamless experience for both merchants and internal teams. This role involves documentation verification, issue resolution, and maintaining accurate records while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Merchant Application Review & Quality Assurance
- Review and validate merchant applications to ensure all requirements are complete and accurate
- Maintain quality standards by following onboarding and compliance guidelines
- Merchant Onboarding & Support
- Guide new merchants through the onboarding process, from application to activation
- Provide clear instructions and timely support to ensure a smooth launch experience
- Documentation & Coordination
- Organize and manage merchant documents with strong attention to detail
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure requirements are processed efficiently
- Billing & Platform Assistance
- Support merchants with billing, payment, and account-related inquiries
- Help merchants understand and navigate platform tools and features
- Process Improvement & Workflow Support
- Monitor onboarding progress and identify delays or bottlenecks
- Suggest practical improvements to make processes faster and more efficient
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
- Ensure all merchant information is properly tracked and documented
- Merchant Experience & Advocacy
- Act as the main point of contact for merchant concerns during onboarding
- Escalate issues when needed and help ensure timely resolution
- Reporting & Tracking
- Track onboarding milestones and assist in preparing basic reports
- Share insights and feedback to help improve team performance and merchant experience
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools and managing data
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive mindset
