The Front Office Manager leads the Front Office operations to ensure efficient service delivery and exceptional guest experiences. This role supervises guest reception, reservations, and room assignments while ensuring all guests receive professional and personalized service in accordance with hotel standards.

The position works closely with Sales, Housekeeping, and other departments to coordinate arrivals, group bookings, and special requests. The Front Office Manager also develops and manages the Front Office team through training, scheduling, and performance monitoring while overseeing room revenue, occupancy levels, guest feedback, and operational reports to achieve service excellence and business targets.

Qualifications/Requirements
  1. Must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent;
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  3. Has excellent negotiation, organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills;
  4. People-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  5. Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  6. Keen on details;
  7. Articulate in presenting information and addressing business concerns; and
  8. Has experience with hotel property management systems.
