Work Avenue and Business Solutions Inc. is currently hiring for multiple Customer Support positions in Cagayan de Oro. These are onsite roles offering opportunities for both entry-level applicants and experienced candidates looking to grow in the BPO industry.
Available Accounts
Telecommunications Support (Voice)- Qualifications:
- At least HS/SHS graduate
- Preferably with at least 6 months customer service or BPO experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome (limited slots)
Compensation:
- ₱16,850 – Entry level
- ₱19,000 – 6–11 months experience
- ₱21,000 – 1 year and above experience
- Up to ₱30,000 – with at least 6 months international voice experience
- Up to ₱40,000 – with at least 1 year international voice experience
- ₱20,000 – No experience (limited roles)
Relocation package available for qualified candidates outside CDO
Retail Support- Qualifications:
- HS/SHS graduate
- With or without customer service experience
Compensation:
- ₱15,000 basic pay
- Handle customer inquiries via voice support
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain service quality and professionalism at all times
- 100% Onsite in Cagayan de Oro
- Shifting schedule including weekends and holidays
- Hiring is ongoing until slots are filled
- Screening will be scheduled upon application
