Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all on-site activities, ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure construction activities align with project plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors.
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure the accuracy of construction plans, drawings, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, track timelines, and manage site documentation.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in construction or site management.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software is an advantage.
