About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at International Marketing Group in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making and supporting the company's strategic objectives.

• Gather, analyse and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights that will inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and other data visualisation tools to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Develop and optimise data collection and processing workflows to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and technologies to continuously improve the company's data capabilities
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts to foster a culture of data-driven decision making

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages, as well as experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry would be an advantage
