As a Talent Coordinator, you will play a dual role in supporting both recruitment and Talent Administration operations. You’ll help drive hiring efforts while ensuring our internal processes remain organized, efficient, and compliant. This is a high-impact support role where you’ll work closely with the Talent Administration team and leadership to keep both hiring pipelines and administrative processes running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a hybrid Recruitment and Talent Administration professional who can support end-to-end hiring while also assisting with day-to-day administrative and operational functions. You will help ensure a seamless candidate experience while maintaining internal systems, documentation, and processes.

Targets & Performance
  • Timely submission of qualified candidate shortlists for open roles
  • Consistent pipeline generation across roles
  • Accurate and up-to-date tracking in ATS and internal systems
  • Timely coordination of interviews, onboarding, and internal processes
  • Zero gaps in documentation, records, and internal trackers
  • High responsiveness and professionalism in candidate and internal communication

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
  • Post job openings across job boards and sourcing platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines, trackers, and ATS
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout
  • Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination
Talent Administration Support
  • Maintain and organize contractor records, contracts, and internal documentation
  • Support onboarding processes, including documentation and system setup
  • Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure trackers and internal systems are always accurate and up to date
  • Support implementation of internal policies, SOPs, and processes
  • Assist with contractor communications, documentation, and compliance tasks
  • Provide coverage for Talent Administration operations when team members are OOO
Qualifications
  • 1–2+ years of experience in recruitment, administrative support, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting both recruitment and administrative functions
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and internal systems
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar tools
  • Background in startups or fast-growing companies
  • Knowledge of basic operational and administrative processes
